Each coffee represents a specific harvest and a deliberate roast profile designed to highlight the unique characteristics of that particular lot.

Selection
We cup a lot of samples each season. Most are fine. We're not looking for fine.

Roasting
Each lot gets its own roast profile. We test until the cup is right, not until the chart looks good.

Clarity
We want the character of each coffee to come through in your cup.
